Anche i distillati sono abbastanza buoni e il servizio è ottimo. Non mi è mai capitato che il cameriere mi illustrasse così dettagliamente un cocktail. Il "maitre dell'alcool" Valerio, ci ha illustrato due cocktail a base di gin con tonica, in maniera molto professionale e dettagliata che era un piacere ascoltarlo. Secondo i nostri gusti diversi, ha fatto preparare due basi di gin diversi con due acque toniche diverse d'associare al proprio gin. Abbinato ad un tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici e una pinza romana incredibile, vogliamo fare i complimenti a Valerio per la sua conoscenza e spiegazione al cliente. Non cambiare mai perché è un piacere essere serviti in questo modo. Grazie Valerio Last night my wife and I went to the Buddha bar restaurant for an aperitif. It has never happened to me that the waiter explained a cocktail to me in such detail. The "alcohol maitre" Valerio, showed us two gin-based cocktails with tonic, in a very professional and detailed way that it was a pleasure to listen to him. According to our different tastes, he had two different gin bases prepared with two different tonic waters to combine with his own gin. Combined with a platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses and an incredible Roman pinza, we want to congratulate Valerio for his knowledge and explanation to the customer. Non portano un menu e non ti emettono lo scontrino fiscale..cioè significa che quando si va a pagare cosa si paga e quanto lo si paga? Good aperitif, nice place, but little clarity! Abbiamo ordinato due spritz, e alla domanda se volevamo un tagliere o comunque fare apericena, la mia amica risponde: no grazie, giusto qualcosa di piccolino da stuzzicare mentre beviamo lo spritz. Ci portano prima una barchetta con pennette alla carbonara, e subito dopo ci arriva un tagliere, con un conto da pagare di 25€ Cordialmente, ma anche sbalordite abbiamo pagato senza dire nulla, e senza fare polemiche. Nulla da dire sulla qualità dei prodotti e del cibo presenti sul tagliere.. Ma non si fà così!! This evening I and a friend of mine went for the first time ..
