Quindi si propongono per ritagliare la sim e nel caso non funzionasse non mi avrebbero fatto pagare il costo di 5 euro. Accendiamo il cellulare, con wifi unieuro, sincronizziamo il cellulare e il commesso dice: ecco signora vede che la sim funziona perché ci sono le tacche della rete! Quindi ci avviamo alla cassa (richiamati dal personale visto l'orario di chiusura prossimo) e paghiamo il dovuto + ovviamente il costo del taglio della scheda. Arrivati a casa attivo la connessione dati e mi appare il messaggio: caricare la scheda sim! Al ché mi rendo conto che le tacche servivano solo per le chiamate d'emergenza. Personale IMPREPARATO e prezzi di listino NON VALE ASSOLUTAMENTE LA PENA. Per il servizio dato a questo punto meglio rivolgersi al piccolo punto vendita. UNPREPARED staff and list prices IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. For the service given at this point it is better to contact the small shop. Not recommended

Mi hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata che mi ha procurato un po' di disguidi. Mi trovato all'estero e già al telefono la sig.ra Valentina ha capito la situazione e ha fatto il possibile per trovare una soluzione. Mi sono recata in negozio a Clusone, le collaboratrici sono state molto disponibili, si sono scusate e hanno trovato la soluzione. m	marco Ravanelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiedo lo scontrino di un prodotto preso a gennaio nel loro negozio per utilizzare la garanzia del prodotto stesso, prima mi vengo chiesti 20 euro, poi 10 euro per riavere semplicemente la stampa dello scontrino! assurdo!! e in piu il servizio di spedizione in garanzia a sony me lo sono dovuto fare da solo perche loro non se ne occupano.. chiediamoci perche la gente compra in amazon.... Ma che senso ha ??? Girato i tacchi e comperato il microonde da Trony a 30 euro in meno, contenti loro... They are phenomena ... on the Unieuro website the price is 30 euros less than in the shop, obviously I am not talking about items in promotion "only online", to have it discounted you are obliged to order via the web and collect in the store ! L'ultima volta, purtroppo durante la consegna c'è stato un piccolo sinistro in casa da parte di un ragazzo addetto alla consegna. Ringrazio il signor Luca che è stato subito molto disponibile e solerte nel procedere ad aprire la pratica di rimborso con l'assicurazione. Penso che oltre la qualità degli elettrodomestici sia importante anche il valore che si dà al rapporto umano e in questo negozio l'ho trovato. I bought 2 appliances in this shop and I was fine with it. The last time, unfortunately, during the delivery there was a small accident in the house by a delivery guy. Sono stata presso questo punto vendita a comprare un regalo di Natale e mi son trovata talmente bene che sono ritornata per le cartucce della stampante. La ragazza che mi ha assistito entrambe le volte (la sig.ina Valentina) è stata educatissima e l'ho trovata molto preparata: ha saputo consigliarmi i prodotti adatti alle mie esigenze.
