Lo hanno restituito privo di batteria, con viti allentate e con graffi sulla superficie. Tengo a comunicare che dopo aver portato il PC da altri tecnici, essi hanno verificato il vero problema e sostituendo semplicemente la memoria Ram danneggiata che non permetteva nemmeno l'accensione del PC, con spese veramente banali, il problema è stato risolto. Professionalità insufficiente. Gestione del cliente pessima. After having repaired my PC, the "technicians" diagnosed problems with the video card / motherboard, communicating that the computer was to be thrown away and it was not worth fixing. They returned it without a battery, with loose screws and scratches on the surface. I would like to communicate that after taking the PC to other technicians, they verified the real problem and by simply replacing the damaged Ram memory that did not even allow the PC to be turned on, with really trivial expenses, the problem was solved. Insufficient professionalism. Bad customer management.
