Se non sei loro cliente litigano se rifiuti di pagare, tanto al massimo non ti rivedono più. Ma davvero la Vorwerk, stimata e apprezzata, si appoggia a gente così? EVITATELO. Bad, typical people who "try" to get you a few more euros (45 in my case, even if the intervention was under warranty). If you are not their customer, they quarrel if you refuse to pay, at best they never see you again. But does Vorwerk, valued and appreciated, really rely on people like this? AVOID.
L	Lorenzo Savoldelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE, ASSOLUTAMENTE NO! Avrei dato meno di una stella ma non si può... Ho avuto un problema con il ferro da stiro, durante l'utilizzo improvvisamente ha rilasciato un fortissimo odore di bruciato e del fumo. L'ho portato dal Sig. Galizzi che dopo averlo ritirato mi ha chiesto una cauzione pari a 5 euro. Dopo il controllo mi é stato detto che il ferro era da buttare e conveniva sostituirlo perché si erano rotti la caldaia e un pezzo interno, entrambi introvabili a causa della vetusta dell'apparecchio (soli due anni!!). Se li avesse trovati la sistemazione sarebbe costata dai 100 ai 120 euro. Non valendone la pena ha iniziato a farmi vedere una serie di ferri nuovi esposti in vetrina. Con l'eventuale acquisto mi avrebbe fatto lo sconto restituendomi la cauzione altrimenti no! Pazzesco! La cosa mi ha fatto molto insospettire al punto che decisi di portarlo in un altro negozio. Morale della favola? Con soli 28 euro mi hanno sostituito una valvola di sicurezza! E funziona benissimo! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I STRONGLY ADVISE IT, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I would have given less than a star but you can't ... I had a problem with the iron, while using it suddenly it released a very strong smell of burning and smoke. I brought it to Mr. Galizzi who after having collected it asked me for a deposit of 5 euros. After the check I was told that the iron was to be thrown away and it was better to replace it because the boiler and an internal piece had broken, both of which cannot be found due to the age of the appliance (only two years !!). If he had found them, the accommodation would have cost from 100 to 120 euros. Not worth it, he started showing me a series of new irons on display. With the eventual purchase he would have given me the discount by returning the deposit otherwise not! Crazy! This made me very suspicious to the point that I decided to take it to another shop. Moral of the story? With only 28 euros they replaced me with a safety valve! And it works great!
