Probabilmente ho sbagliato io a cercare lì qualcosa che certamente loro non vendono. Il locale è molto pulito e curato e, per i loro prodotti il personale mi sembra competente anche se non celere a soddisfare il cliente. I was looking for a little more speaker expertise but the proposals aren't great. I was probably wrong to look for something there that they certainly don't sell. The place is very clean and well-kept and, for their products, the staff seem competent even if not quick to satisfy the customer.

Affidabili un buon punto di riferimento al Vomero. The boys are very polite, willing to give excellent advice. The girls at the cash desks are friendly and always smiling. The shop is a bit small but well stocked. Reliable a good point of reference in Vomero.

Tutti girano in “tondo” dalla parte che non ti è utile: “deve domandare al mio collega...”(?). Alle casse aspetti che l’unica (gentile) cassiera riesca a smaltire la fila di persone che con un “foglietto” in mano (c’è scritto cosa hai comprato) attende pazientemente mentre baldi giovani “girano in giro”... Not everything but everything (for the home). Exposure on two levels, good exposure and prices. Staff in quantity. It seems absurd but it represents a "problem". Everyone turns "in circles" on the side that is not useful to you: "you must ask my colleague ..." (?). At the checkout, you wait for the only (kind) cashier to be able to dispose of the line of people who, with a "note" in hand (it says what you bought), waits patiently while bold young people "go around" ...
D	D C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una lavatrice e siccome non avevo idea di quale scegliere, l'addetto (però non ricordo il nome) mi ha aiutato a scegliere quella col miglior rapporto qualità/ prezzo secondo il mio budget. Alla cassa Nunzia,Francesca e Carmen sono state gentilissime e molto simpatiche. Hanno programmato la consegna al giorno successivo sapendo che ero disperata senza lavatrice... ? anche gli operai addetti alla consegna/ montaggio sono stati precisi. Insomma la mia esperienza è stata positiva. Il team alla cassa è veramente ben coordinato ed efficiente. Continuate così ragazze. I bought a washing machine and since I had no idea which one to choose, the attendant (but I don't remember the name) helped me choose the one with the best quality / price ratio according to my budget. At the cash desk Nunzia, Francesca and Carmen were very kind and very nice. They scheduled next day delivery knowing I was desperate with no washing machine ... ? the delivery / assembly workers were accurate too. In short, my experience was positive. The checkout team is really well coordinated and efficient. Keep it up girls.

Questa recensione, invece, va all’opposto di quanto dichiarato e mi fa piacere che sia così. La scorsa settimana, mi sono Recato al negozio UNIERO, sito nella galleria Vanvitelli, al Vomero, x acquisti di prodotti elettrodomestici, telefonia ed altro, ho avuto il piacere d’incontrare operatori, addetti alla vendita, ognuno nel proprio settore di pertinenza, tutti e dico tutti, con garbata educazione, gentilezza, disponibilità e grande competenza, consigliandomi il prodotto migliore x me, da farmi sentirmi tutelato e sicuro di ciò che stavo acquistando. Tutto ciò, a mio parere, fa la differenza tra un negozio e l’altro x la soddisfazione del cliente e la credibilità e fiducia del negozio. Per i motivi di cui sopra , voglio ringraziare pubblicamente : il Direttore: Sig. Davide, persona dedita completamente alla clientela intervenendo personalmente nell’eliminare eventuali disguidi e controversie sempre a favore di chi acquista. le sorridenti e gentilissime addette alla cassa: Nunzia e Francesca, il bravo e paziente Mario, il disponibile Antonio. Sarò stato , forse, anche un po’ lungo, ma sia il negozio che le persone citate hanno meritato tutto il mio apprezzamento. Ho trovato, oltre il televisore che cercavo, un ambiente che mi ha fatto venir voglia di non uscire più di lì. Ho avuto prima modo di essere seguita dai ragazzi del reparto, che per quanto giovani, si sono dimostrati all'altezza della situazione illustrandomi i prodotti e consigliandomi al meglio.... e poi.... alla cassa ho conosciuto Nunzia, persona eccezionale professionalmente ed umanamente. insieme a Francesca e ad Adriana mi hanno seguita ed accompagnata per mano fino alla fine del mio acquisto. Morale: tornerò al più presto perchè la carta vincente di questo negozio sono proprio loro, il team, giovane, affiatato educatissimo preparato. Bravi ragazzi, i vostri sorrisi e la vostra gentilezza vi porteranno lontano!!! I entered this shop by accident, I had never shopped from them. It was an incredible experience. I found, besides the TV I was looking for, an environment that made me want to never leave there.
