Ho ricevuto la conferma via mail che l'articolo era disponibile al ritiro presso il negozio selezionato.
Mi sono recato al negozio ma l'articolo non era disponibile.
Mi è stato risposto che a volte può succedere ....(è già capitato altre volte).
Non c'è stata nessuna forma di aiuto/collaborazione per risolvere il problema da loro provocato.
Sono molto deluso.

I purchased an article online.
I received confirmation by email that the item was available for collection at the selected store.
I went to the shop but the item was not available.
I was told that it can sometimes happen .... (it has happened before).
There was no form of help / collaboration to solve the problem they caused.
I am very disappointed.

Ho sempre trovato quello che stavo cercando anche perché se proprio voglio un determinato prodotto mi basta ordinarlo in loco e aspettare qualche giorno. A volte ho comprato online con ritiro in negozio ed è sempre andato tutto bene. Sono tutti sempre gentili, disponibili e professionali. Il fatto che ti seguano anche dopo la vendita è impagabile. Mi hanno sistemato alcune rotture con notevole risparmio di tempo e costi. Sono venuti a prendere la lavatrice, l'hanno riparata e me l'hanno riportata a casa! La concorrenza non è solo questione di prezzo. Professionalità, disponibilità, gentilezza sono molto più importanti. Bravi
I have been in this store for 13 years. I've always found what I was looking for, because if I really want a certain product, I just order it on the spot and wait a few days. Sometimes I bought online with in-store pickup and it always went well. They are all always kind, helpful and professional. The fact that they follow you even after the sale is priceless. Some breakups have been fixed for me with considerable time and cost savings. They came to get the washing machine, they repaired it and brought it home to me! Competition is not just a question of price. Professionalism, availability, kindness are much more important. Bravi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affiliati alla catena unieuro, ma con ancora l’anima del negozio “sotto casa” gentili e cortesi. Ovviamente essendo un po’ più piccolo dei soliti negozi della catena, non sempre ci si trova di tutto.
Affiliated to the unieuro chain, but still with the soul of the shop "under the house" kind and courteous. Obviously being a little smaller than the usual chain stores, you don't always find everything.
