M	Mario Soffiato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo la macchina per il caffè che non funzionava più ,la resistenza si era bruciata,portata alla Rive srl ,non mi fanno il preventivo perché e il laboratorio che lo fa, lascio 20 euro di caparra che sono servite per svitare 4 viti e nulla più, mi chiamano per comunicarmi il preventivo che è il doppio del valore della macchina, ritirata la stessa non riparata e persa la caparra. Non credo che la mia macchina per il caffè fosse la prima che riparavano ed un preventivo in linea di massima potevano darmelo.!!?? I had the coffee machine that was no longer working, the resistance had burned out, taken to Rive srl, they don't give me a quote because and the laboratory that does it, I leave a 20 euro deposit which was used to unscrew 4 screws and nothing more , they call me to communicate the estimate which is double the value of the car, the same unrepaired is withdrawn and the deposit is lost. I don't think my coffee machine was the first one they repaired and an estimate could in principle give it to me. !! ??

Me la riportano dicendo che ora sarebbe andata bene. Al primo lavaggio saltava come prima. Faccio vedere un video al titolare per mostrare che il problema persisteva e mi risponde che non ballava poi troppo. Capendo che non c'era la volontà di vedere il problema mi sono rivolta a un altro centro che per la stessa cifra pagata inutilmente a loro mi ha cambiato entrambi gli ammortizzatori palesemente rotti. Poi mi hanno consigliato la sostituzione e non hanno voluto soldi per gli interventi fatti a domicilio e in laboratorio, solo il regolamento del nuovo. Kind and helpful, they did everything they could to repair an old washing machine. Then they advised me to replace them and they didn't want money for the interventions done at home and in the laboratory, only the regulation of the new one.
