★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Sales person that I have encountered was racist and you will have to wait for their mercy to get to talk to them. Waited about half an hour in front of the cell phone counter while all three of the sales persons were busy on the telephone or gossiping with each other and happy to just ignore the clients. When asked information to the girl on the counter(cell phone sales) seemed to be irritated and acted to be disturbed. The girl on the duty at 2 pm on 14th Aug 17 was extreemely rude. If this is the training unieuro provides to their staff, then the only question arises in my head is if they have any service standard or even ever heard of the word called "service standard"???!. While all the electronics product sales companies are in threat of loosing business to online sites like amazon. Only thing that can keep them alive is the customer service. But with this kind of customer service, I see a dark future for the organisation in question. If you want my money atleast treat me better. For me .. Unieuro never again. Avoid.
To the management of Unieuro: please do some internal service audits and set some standard's atleast and hope you know what's yours KPI on service.
