La nostra esperienza è negativa per le seguenti ragioni: - Scoperto solo dopo avere lasciato l'elettrodomestico che vi erano 20 euro da pagare per il servizio di riassemblaggio dell'elettrodomestico. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato; - Macchina del caffè consegnata pulita, ritornata totalmente sporca; - Una volta ritirato l'elettrodomestico ci siamo accorti della MANCANZA di un componente. - 41 giorni è stata la tempistica impiegata per controllo problemi e rimontaggio (abbiamo deciso di non ripararla); Non crediamo che il servizio rispetti uno standard adeguato. Our experience is negative for the following reasons: - Only discovered after leaving the appliance that there was 20 euros to pay for the appliance reassembly service.
