★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente e supporto clienti ridicolo. Portato un pc in assistenza e a distanza di 40 giorni non sanno dirmi a che punto sia la riparazione. Non si sono mai interessati alla cosa, non hanno mai chiamato il centro assistenza, ho sempre dovuto chiamare io per farmi dire che non sapevano nulla e di riprovare il giorno dopo. A 10 minuti di macchina ci sono sia un Trony che un Euronics, andate lì piuttosto se proprio non volete comprare online. Non c'è da fidarsi.
Poor service and ridiculous customer support. Brought a pc to service and after 40 days they can't tell me where the repair is. They never took an interest in it, they never called the service center, I always had to call myself to be told that they knew nothing and to try again the next day. At 10 minutes by car there are both a Trony and a Euronics, go there rather if you really don't want to buy online. There is no trust.
