Proprietari gentilissimi, compresi quelli "nuovi" che un giorno erediteranno il tutto. Un plauso particolare va rivolto a chi, per tanti anni, ha gestito e mandato avanti con amore questa attività, insegnando a generazioni di studenti ad intraprendere il duro percorso scolastico con forza e passione.
