★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un intervento a domicilio in garanzia per il mio televisore LG modello 49SM9000PLA, il giorno seguente sono stato contattato dal tecnico AudioVideo di Vibo Valentia e tempestivamente mi hanno risolto il problema. Sono soddisfatto per quanto riguarda la garanzia LG e la grande professionalità del personale tecnico che ha eseguito la riparazione del TV LG NanoCell.
 I requested a home service under warranty for my LG TV model 49SM9000PLA, the following day I was contacted by the AudioVideo technician from Vibo Valentia and they promptly resolved the problem. I am satisfied with the LG warranty and the great professionalism of the technical staff who carried out the repair of the LG NanoCell TV.

Il televisore è stato ritirato e nel giro di soli 2 giorni è ritornato come nuovo. Molto soddisfatto dalla cortesia e serietà di questa Ditta di assistenza accreditata da LG. Consiglio vivamente
I had a problem with my LG TV, having the guarantee I called the toll-free number. The next day I was contacted by AUDIOVIDEO of Vibo Valentia. The TV was withdrawn and in just 2 days it was as good as new. Very satisfied with the courtesy and seriousness of this LG accredited service company. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, mi hanno preso in giro per tre mesi, tra battutine e bugie mi hanno portato oggi a sapere che il mio televisore non era riparabile nonostante avessero detto più volte che lo avevano riparato e me lo avrebbero consegnato al più presto.Li sconsiglio vivamente, dovrebbero solo vergognarsi
Bad, they made fun of me for three months, between jokes and lies they led me today to know that my TV was not repairable despite having said several times that they had fixed it and would have delivered it to me as soon as possible. they should just be ashamed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero un pessima idea... ho portato il televisore il 31agosto, mi hanno assicurato che l’avrebbero sistemato in una settimana, io ho iniziato a chiamare dopo 10 gg e dopo 3 telefonate mi vengono a dire con molta arroganza che l’azienda non aveva ancora aperto e che quindi non potevano ordinare il pezzo. Ma perché non dirlo subito invece di rispondermi sempre: “faccio un sollecito”. Da non suggerire a NESSUNO
Really a bad idea ... I brought the TV on August 31, they assured me that they would fix it in a week, I started calling after 10 days and after 3 phone calls they come to tell me with a lot of arrogance that the company does not had still opened and therefore could not order the piece. But why not say it right away instead of always answering me: “I make a reminder”. Not to be recommended to ANYONE

Great service and repair, I had a problem with my LG TV (network card failure) and it was promptly fixed and returned within just 2 days. Very nice and helpful staff. I will be back for any other future problems. Thanks again
