★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto molto deluso. Dopo vari acquisti di poco conto abbiamo deciso di comprare una lavastoviglie nuova. La prima che è arrivata era rovinata "va bene non è colpa loro" la seconda è stata montata in 5 secondi facendo anche dei danni al mobile. Dopo 1 mese non terminava più i lavaggi "ok" chiamo l'assistenza che mi dice che era stata montata male e la chiusura si era rotta, mi cambia la chiusura in assis. Passo in negozio per dire il fatto e molto gentilmente mi dicono che avrebbero mandato qualcuno. Quando sono arrivati hanno aperto e chiuso la lavastoviglie e hanno detto che era perfetta andandosene così senza neanche riconoscermi un minimo di danno. Ora voglio vedere se mi ricapita lo stesso difetto allo scadere della garanzia cosa mi dicono. MI DISPIACE MA MAI PIÙ UNIEURO DI LORETO. Fate attenzione quando vi vengono a montare la roba.
I was very disappointed. After several small purchases, we decided to buy a new dishwasher. The first one that arrived was ruined "okay it's not their fault" the second was assembled in 5 seconds, also causing damage to the cabinet. After 1 month the washes no longer finished "ok" I call the assistance who tells me that it had been mounted incorrectly and the closure was broken, I change the closure to assis. I go to the shop to tell the fact and they very kindly tell me that they would send someone. When they arrived they opened and closed the dishwasher and said it was perfect, leaving without even recognizing a minimum of damage. Now I want to see if I get the same defect again when the warranty expires, what they tell me. I'M SORRY BUT NEVER AGAIN UNIEURO DI LORETO. Be careful when they come to you to assemble stuff.
