Inoltre mi ha per fortuna riavviato un altro tablet che si era bloccato e che sto usando tantissimo in questi giorni. Onesto ed affidabile. He literally "exhumed" a dated tablet given for lost even if in reality used very little (unfortunately because of the block I was unable to withdraw it). Also, fortunately, I restarted another tablet that had crashed and that I am using a lot these days. Honest and reliable.

Facciamo un paio di preventivi , mi hanno chiesto 92 euro per la fotocamera e 45 per il tasto home almeno12 ore per riprendere il cellulare. Poi qualcuno ci parla di Ivan, ci proviamo pronti a sentirci sparare un'altra grossa cifra! Mi chiede di pazientare 10 minuti per sostituzione fotocamera per un costo di 30 euro. Il tasto home era semplicemente staccato, sfido chiunque a nn provarci con una sostituzione. Oltre al prezzo onestissimo consiglio Ivan per la sua professionalità, onestà e simpatia. GRANDE Ivan fossero tutti come te!!!! Consigliatissimo For a few days the home button on my Iphone 6s, same as rear camera, hadn't worked. We have recently been here in Porto Recanati and we know little about the area! Let's make a couple of estimates, they asked me 92 euros for the camera and 45 for the home button at least 12 hours to get the phone back. Then someone tells us about Ivan, we try ready to hear another big amount shot! He asks me to wait 10 minutes to replace the camera for a cost of 30 euros. The home button was simply detached, I challenge anyone not to try a replacement. In addition to the very honest price, I recommend Ivan for his professionalism, honesty and friendliness. Invece che comprarne uno nuovo con pochi euro mi ha rimesso a nuovo quello che aveva appena terminato la garanzia. Inoltre, avendo subito il guasto della scheda elettronica alla caldaia, senza impegno (€) l'ha controllata se con una piccola saldatura poteva aggiustarla. Anche in questo caso, pur non potendo aggiustarla é stato professionale. Grazie! Da consigliare Professional and friendly, he solved my lcd tv problem in a few hours! Sono dovuto tornare 3 volte, l'ultima un lunedì alle 10,30 col negozio ancora chiuso (mentre l'orario indicava che doveva essere aperto). Avevano detto che mi avrebbero richiamato quando sarebbe arrivata la sim e non l'hanno fatto, dovendo accertarmene io. L'ultima volta, quando ho trovato chiuso, c'erano altre 3 persone in attesa, alcune arrivando anche da fuori città: lascio immaginare i commenti. Mi sono detto "basta" e sono andato alla Vodafone di Civitanova. Non so cosa mi ha trattenuto dal non reclamare presso la Vodafone, della quale sono cliente da oltre 20 anni. Non siamo per niente nella pur minima professionalità, nella cortesia, nella attenzione da dedicare al cliente. Profondamente deluso. PS: in risposta al proprietario , faccio presente che non ho sbagliato negozio in quanto il centro Vodafone è lì dentro, condividendo gli stessi spazi. E' ovviamente al punto Vodafone (che è sito in quel locale) che la recensione è rivolta, non dovendo riparare un telefono ma cambiare una scheda sim. I have rarely seen such lack of professionalism, all for a simple change of Vodafone sim. I had to go back 3 times, the last on a Monday at 10.30 with the shop still closed (while the time indicated that it should be open). They said they would call me back when the sim arrived and they didn't, I had to make sure. The last time, when I found it closed, there were 3 other people waiting, some also coming from out of town: I let you imagine the comments. I said to myself "enough" and went to Vodafone in Civitanova. I don't know what kept me from not complaining to Vodafone, of which I have been a customer for over 20 years. We are not at all in the slightest professionalism, in courtesy, in the attention to be dedicated to the customer. Deeply disappointed. PS: in response to the owner, I would like to point out that I didn't make the wrong shop as the Vodafone center is in there, sharing the same spaces. It is obviously to the point Vodafone (which is located in that room) that the review is addressed, not having to repair a phone but change a sim card.
