Quindi ho chiacchierato a lungo con il commesso (Walter) illustrandogli le mie problematiche e le mie soluzioni. Ammetto di averlo disturbato più volte e più giorni fino al raggiungimento della decisione finale. Walter è sempre stato gentile, educato e professionale oltre che molto disponile. Ho comprato un portatile l'anno scorso, per mia figlia, dopo qualche mese lo porto perché non si accendeva più, lo controlliamo insieme al commesso, il computer era perfetto, lo mandano all assistenza. Ho aspettato quasi due mesi per avere risposta, mi chiamano per dirmi che l'assicurazione non copriva il costo, che per aggiustarlo dovevo spendere 140 euro, me lo faccio rispedire, aspetto qualche settimana.. Lo vado a prendere e trovo lo schermo con tutti i cristalli liquidi rotti, risposta..... "i cristalli liquidi si rompono dopo qualche mese". Me l'hanno ridatto cosi senza neanche lasciarmi un foglio con scritto in che stato mi lasciavano il computer. Sono ritornata per parlare col direttore e mi é stato detto che non potevano farci niente! Non comprerò mai più li! Purtroppo a mia figlia serviva subito il computer e l'ho portato ad aggiustare privatamente, se no avrei proseguito con causa legale! Per me siete dei truffatori! Not recommended! Se si prova a contattare il numero di telefono, presente sui fogli in mio possesso, sul sito, fornito dalla direzione del Gabbiano di Savona,si ha la bella sorpresa del messaggio registrato dove vengono ricordati gli orari e giorni di apertura ( speriamo nel fallimento istantaneo) o, se interessati a orari di altri negozi collegarsi al sito. In breve, soldi spesi e finché non riuscirò ad andare a parlare di persona con il nulla , non saprò che fine ha fatto il mio elettrodomestico. Serietà, competenza e cortesia inclassificabili!!! Combinazione mia figlia una settimana e la distrutto. Chiamo in negozio e chiedo spiegazioni. "Mi spiace non possiamo farci niente, non possiamo nemmeno ordinare noi il prodotto e farlo arrivare" . Quindi il prodotto è a listino, posso ordinarlo online consegna a 9.99 ma non posso usufruire della consegna gratuita in negozio come invece pubblicizzate ovunque... Bravi!
