B	Bello Rosanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho acquistato presso questo negozio un piumone,da cm 200×200,quando sono arrivato a casa mi sono accorto che il piumone era cm 195×195 non sarebbe stato un problema se il puimone copriva il materasso ma visto che non lo copriva sono ritornato al negozio e avevo chiesto il cambio del piumone delle misure giuste mi é stato detto che le misure de quel piumone erano finite,e che avrebbero potuto ho darmi un buono ho cambiato la merce con un'altro acquisto e i soldi indietro non me li avrebbero dati perché secondo loro é un'errore di fabbrica e quindi avrei dovuto tenerlo così quando ha fatto presente ripetutamente che era nei miei diritti ricevere i soldi indietro la commessa si é alterata davanti a noi e a un'altro cliente, mi ha dato i soldi indietro lamentandosi ripetutamente quando gli ho fatto notare che non si tratta la gente in questo modo obbligandola ha comprare altre cose che non interessano.si può spendere 70€ di strofinacci ho di altro materiale???????sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio.non ci entreró mai piú. Today I bought a duvet at this shop, 200 × 200 cm, when I got home I realized that the duvet was 195 × 195 cm it would not have been a problem if the puimone covered the mattress but since it didn't cover it I returned to the shop and I asked for the change of the duvet of the right sizes I was told that the measurements of that duvet were finished, and that they could have given me a voucher I changed the goods with another purchase and the money back would not have given them to me because according to them it is a factory error and therefore I should have kept it so when he repeatedly pointed out that it was in my rights to receive the money back the saleswoman altered in front of us and another customer, gave me the money back complaining repeatedly when I pointed out that people are not treated in this way, forcing them to buy other things that do not interest them.you can spend 70 € of tea towels or other material ??????? I highly recommend this shop. I will never enter it again.

Molto gentile il personale e ben preparato, sa consigliare in maniera esaustiva il cliente. Nice shop, very stocked with many really beautiful things. The prices are not low but the quality is high. Pesando la stessa cosa , mi dava misure diverse. Prodotti cinesi di scarsa qualità. Non fatevi ingannare.
