★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ci vado mal volentieri...mi è capitato più di una volta di trovare commessi poco gentili e scontrosi. Il negozio è fornito ma manca la cortesia e l'amore nel proprio lavoro. Ovviamente non generalizzo, ma più della metà delle volte che sono entrato ho avuto la sfortuna di trovare commessi maleducati e indisponibili... Compreso oggi. È comunque l'ultima volta che mi servo da loro. Un anno fa avevo messo tre stelle, poi scalate a due e oggi... ciaoooo

Il personale è molto preparato e sa come consigliare il cliente con molta professionalità. Tante offerte durante tutto l'anno. Ottimi anche i prezzi dei monopattini e delle bici elettriche.

I’ve returned a TV since more than a month.
On the 21st of December I’ve received a confirmation that the TV was back in their stock and that I would have received news about my refund asap.
More than a month has passed by now and I have no news about my money, when I will receive them or whatsoever.
I’ve been calling the customer service several times, not speaking about the waste of time waiting to have someone at the phone, they have never been able to solve the situation and confirm my refund.
