★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un computer desktop, mi è stato assemblato su misura, il personale è stato molto attento e premuroso, mi sono stati anche recuperati i dati da due hard disk su cui non avevo più speranze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato il pc poco tempo fa, chiedendo determinate caratteristiche, inoltre facendone rottamare il nostro. Dopo poco tempo ci siamo resi conto, grazie al parere di un VERO ESPERTO DI INFORMATICA, oltre ad averci venduto una macchina con caratteristiche al di sotto della cifra pagata (quasi 700 E) l'unico a guadagnarci è stato lui, avendoci venduto un pc senza neppure il lettore cd!! Da persone del settore ci aspettavamo un po' più professionali e serie, non ci aspettavamo venditori avidi che pensano solo al proprio interesse. MAI PIU'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese ma non efficace. Dopo 4 mesi da una prima riparazione riguardante la sostituzione di un vetro di un Huawei il vetro si è scollato. La scusa per non sostituirlo è stata che il loro fornitore ha riferito che il prodotto è fuori garanzia (ma non mi è stato fatto vedere nulla a garanzia del consumatore) e che il problema non dipende dal vetro. Sapete che il vetro non è mai stato fisicamente visionato e che questo parere, sempre che sia reale perché non sono riuscito a saperne il nome, si è basato su delle foto?
Courteous but not effective staff. After 4 months from a first repair concerning the replacement of a Huawei glass, the glass came unstuck. The excuse for not replacing it was that their supplier reported that the product is out of warranty (but nothing was shown to guarantee the consumer) and that the problem does not depend on the glass. Do you know that glass has never been physically viewed and that this opinion, provided it is real because I could not find out the name, was based on photos?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un pc gaming per mio figlio, dopo quasi un anno di intenso utilizzo un piccolo problema su un componente… ho portato il pc per la riparazione, tempo di un caffè al bar e mi è stato restituito riparato in garanzia con la sostituzione di un nuovo componente.. non oso immaginare lo stesso problema con un prodotto acquistato in rete!! Davvero soddisfatto mi sono complimentato personalmente con loro, davvero gentili e professionali!! Aggiungo inoltre che avevo difficoltà con un software installato, con una telefonata, si sono collegati in remoto e risolto il problema ?
I bought a gaming pc for my son, after almost a year of intense use a small problem on a component ... I brought the pc for repair, time for a coffee at the bar and it was returned to me repaired under warranty with the replacement of a new component .. I dare not imagine the same problem with a product purchased on the net !! Really satisfied, I personally complimented them, really kind and professional !! I also add that I had difficulties with an installed software, with a phone call, they connected remotely and solved the problem ?
