★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale al telefono è maleducato e scortese. Se sei fortunato a trovare la segretaria giusta, allora ti fa la prenotazione, altrimenti non si prendono nemmeno la briga di andare a guardare il calendario delle date, dicendo di non averlo.
Non si riesce a capire se devi fare una ricetta o più ricette, perché non lo sanno neanche loro.
Si perde solo tempo
The staff on the phone are rude and unfriendly. If you are lucky to find the right secretary, then she makes the reservation for you, otherwise they don't even bother to go and look at the date calendar, saying they don't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato 4 volte e tutte le volte dopo 5 minuti di attesa la chiamata veniva attaccata e dovevo richiamare vergognoso specialmente da un istituto che fa cure non è possibile un atteggiamento simile...stessa cosa per il numero diretto suona e poi attaccano
I called 4 times and every time after 5 minutes of waiting the call was attacked and I had to call back, ashamed especially from an institution that provides treatment, a similar attitude is not possible ... same thing for the direct number rings and then they attack

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricoverato dal 28 dicembre al 1 aprile (ben 3 mesi) per riabilitazione da politrauma della strada al quanto complesso , ringrazio tutte le persone che lavorano in questo posto , per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza con cui mi hanno curato .
Dalle infermiere e le oss , a tutti i medici e a tutti i fisioterapisti persone speciali che ti aiutano con la loro professionalità e hanno sempre una buona parola per farti affrontare i momenti più complicati .
Hospitalized from 28 December to 1 April (3 months) for rehabilitation from polytrauma of the road to how complex, I thank all the people who work in this place, for their availability and kindness with which they treated me.
From the nurses and the oss, to all the doctors and all the physiotherapists, special people who help you with their professionalism and always have a good word to make you face the most complicated moments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale all'accoglienza in ingresso alla reception per il test covid (una in particolare..) è di una maleducazione esemplare.... In tre occasioni su cinque ha dimostrato di non essere idonea a quel lavoro. Ci vuole un forte autocontrollo per non abbassarsi al suo livello. Da evitare se possibile
