Ma la cosa bella è che sono in causa con compass perché mi hanno chiesto il pagamento senza sapere però che non ho mai ricevuto la merce. UNIEURO MI AVEVA GARANTITO CHE POTEVO RECEDERE DAL FINANZIAMENTO SE NON AVESSI AVUTO IL PRODITTO MA COSI NON È STATO. Believe me I was shocked I booked a phone with ongoing financing they had assured me that the phone would arrive no later than 1 WEEK you will understand from the review that 2 months have passed, I canceled. But the nice thing is that I am in dispute with compassion because they asked me to pay without knowing that I never received the goods. Ho anche comprato l'installazione a cura del riveditore al costo di 200 euro. Purtroppo però devo dire che gli installatori venuti a casa mia per il montaggio sono stati scortesi, arroganti, maleducati e per niente professionali. Tanto che, dopo aver capito chi mi trovavo di fronte, ho rifiutato l'installazione e li ho invitati ad andare via. Mi sono recato lo stesso giorno al negozio e mi hanno rimborsato i 200 euro. Concludendo pessimo il personale che mandano a casa per l'installazione. I bought an air conditioner at this Unieuro shop in Fuorigrotta, Naples.
