★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato ad aggiustare il proiettore da loro.
Mi hanno preventivato un prezzo, a mio giudizio alto, dopo un attesa di 3 settimane, ma volevo risolvere la questione quindi ho detto si.
Mi hanno detto che per rimediare il pezzo bisognava ordinarlo, mi hanno dato come tempistica 2/3 settimane.
Dopo 2 mesi chiamo e chiedo che fine abbia fatto il mio proiettore e loro mi dicono che il pezzo è bloccato alla dogana e forse dovranno chiedermi dei soldi in più.
Dopo 2 settimane mi chiamano e mi dicono se posso venire da loro, mi dicono che mi vogliono dare un altro proiettore,parallelo, ma senza ingresso hdmi in cambio di quello. Rifiuto e troviamo una soluzione smontando questo proiettore che mi volevano dare, per 30€ in più rispetto a quanto preventivato, non prima però di avermi proposto di ridarmi indietro la caparra che ho dato per aggiustare il proiettore (70€). Ora mi richiamano dicendomi che la scheda che mi hanno montato è il 16:9 e non in 4:3, per cui il proiettore taglia l'immagine.
Sono andato a riprendermi la caparra e si sono tenuti i pezzi, perchè almeno così possono rientrare nelle spese del tempo buttato attorno a questa situazione. Dato che il proiettore è rotto e non conviene manco più aggiustarlo glieli ho lasciati.
Risultato. Il proiettore che avevo portato ad aggiustare se lo sono tenuti loro. 3 mesi persi, niente di risolto. Loro sono stati decisamente sfigati ma se la situazione fosse stata meglio individuata meglio nella fase iniziale all'inizio sarebbe stato tutto diverso.
Visto che si va in posti del genere per tagliare un pò di spese e di tempi dall'assistenza ufficiale diciamo che sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, poi ovviamente può essere che l'esperienze altrui siano diverse dalle mie, qua ci saranno anche state una serie di sfighe, però poteva essere gestita molto meglio.
I took them to fix the projector.
I was quoted a price, in my opinion high, after a 3 week wait, but I wanted to resolve the issue so I said yes.
They told me that to fix the piece it was necessary to order it, they gave me 2/3 weeks.
After 2 months I call and ask what happened to my projector and they tell me that the piece is blocked at customs and maybe they will have to ask me for more money.
After 2 weeks they call me and tell me if I can come to them, they tell me they want to give me another projector, parallel, but without a HDMI input in exchange for that. I refuse and find a solution by dismantling this projector that they wanted to give me, for € 30 more than what was planned, but not before proposing to give me back the deposit I gave to fix the projector (€ 70). Now they call me back telling me that the card they fitted me is 16: 9 and not 4: 3, so the projector cuts the image.
I went to take back the down payment and kept the pieces, because at least that way they can fit in the expenses of the time thrown around this situation. Since the projector is broken and it is not convenient to fix it I left them.
Result. The projector I had brought them to fix if they kept it. 3 months lost, nothing solved. They were definitely losers but if the situation had been better identified in the initial phase at the beginning it would have been completely different.
Since we go to places like this to cut some expenses and time from official assistance we say that I strongly advise against this place, then obviously it may be that the experiences of others are different from mine, here there will also have been a series of bad luck, but could be managed much better.
