β β β β β Poor customer service, I paid 108 eur for baby car seat and it was not installed in the car. agent representative Vincenzo sent me to take the car seat in an other shop without advise his colleague. (I arrived 12:45 and the shop was closing at 13)

β β β β β I'm quite disappointed about the organisation. I was there travelling with some friends but it turned out that the garage was very far from the office (or maybe it's just in a super trafficking area). We had to wait for a very long time. It turned out that the guy who attended us had to drive for almost an hour and half to get to the garage and driving back. Apart from that, we'd have had a serious communication issue if I hadn't spoken Italian.
