★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di un portatile con determinate caratteristiche e ho trovato un modello MSI nello shop online di questo negozio. Professionalità e disponibilità veramente ineccepibili, Valerio è sempre stato attento nel rispondere in tempi celeri, anche durante il periodo delle vacanze.
Il notebook è arrivato in tempi davvero celeri e ben protetto dall'imballaggio.
Non posso fare altro che consigliare vivamente questo negozio, sia per chi ha la possibilità di poterci andare di persona, ma senza problemi anche per chi come me abita a diverse centinaia di chilometri: anche online è come essere in negozio!

The notebook arrived very quickly and well protected by packaging.
I can only highly recommend this shop, both for those who have the opportunity to go there in person, but without problems also for those like me who live several hundred kilometers away: even online it's like being in a shop!

Il ritiro, nonostante ultimi aggiusti da fare, è avvenuto qualche ora dopo la prenotazione. Una gentilezza rara, disponibilità TOTALE e prodotto (per ora) perfetto! Mi avete salvato, GRAZIE! 10++ AGGIUNGO A QUESTA RECENSIONE DI QUALCHE MESE FA: per mia solita sfortuna il caricatore del pc si è fuso, ho contattato il negozio e in poco tempo hanno avviato la procedura per mandarlo in assistenza presso MSI con RITIRO A DOMICILIO DEL CARICATORE. Non posso che aggiungere ulteriori complimenti a questi ragazzi: la richiesta è avvenuta immediatamente, dopo un paio di giorni è venuto il corriere a ritirare il caricatore e oggi (meno di una settimana) ho ricevuto il caricatore perfettamente funzionante! L'assistenza è continua, i ragazzi rispondono praticamente subito sui social e sono SEMPRE garbati e disponibili! GRAZIE!

You saved me, THANK YOU! 10 ++ ADD TO THIS REVIEW A FEW MONTHS AGO: for my usual misfortune the PC charger melted, I contacted the shop and in a short time they started the procedure to send it to MSI for assistance with PICK UP AT HOME OF THE CHARGER. I can only add further congratulations to these guys: the request took place immediately, after a couple of days the courier came to collect the charger and today (less than a week) I received the charger in perfect working order! The assistance is continuous, the boys respond practically immediately on social networks and are ALWAYS polite and available! THANK YOU!
