Altamente consigliato. I must say that although the shop is not very large it is well stocked and I absolutely must say that the staff are very courteous, attentive and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

i	il Deffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA - STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO UNIEURO ho chiamato il giorno prima chiedendo se era disponibile in nuovo apple watch serie 7 gps+cellular, mi hanno risposto che erano disponibili uno blu ed uno verde, sono arrivato la mattina dopo in negozio, il 25 novembre di preciso e mi hanno detto che era disponibile solo quello verde, ho chiesto di poterlo visionare per procedere all'acquisto ed il venditore (o meglio commesso) mi ha detto "dai piani alti mi hanno detto che non posso farglielo vedere perché non verrà esposto". ho detto "ok lascia stare che non lo avete solo voi e lo vado a comprare altrove". 15 minuti dopo sono entrato all'EURONICS di Concesio, ho visto e toccato ciò che volevo comprare e questo ho fatto. PER UNA SPESA DI 569€ IL MINIMO PER UN CLIENTE E' VEDERE DAL VERO IL PRODOTTO. SERVIZIO SUPER-PESSIMO = CONSIGLIO STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO NEGOZIO !!! BAD EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNIEURO I called the day before asking if it was available in the new apple watch series 7 gps + cellular, they replied that one blue and one green were available, I arrived the next morning in the store, on November 25 exactly and they told me it was only the green one available, I asked to be able to view it to proceed with the purchase and the seller (or rather salesman) told me "from the upper floors they told me that I cannot show it to them because it will not be exhibited". I said "ok let it be that it's not just you and I'm going to buy it elsewhere". 15 minutes later I entered the EURONICS in Concesio, I saw and touched what I wanted to buy and this I did. FOR AN EXPENDITURE OF € 569 THE MINIMUM FOR A CUSTOMER IS TO SEE THE PRODUCT IN REALITY. SUPER-BAD SERVICE = RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!

Mi reco in negozio per l'acquisto di un cellulare, senza aver bene in mente il modello desiderato, ma solamente il budget. Il commesso al reparto telefonia mi dedica mezz'ora del suo tempo per spiegarmi pro e contro di tutti i migliori cellulari in quella fascia prezzo. Una volta scelto il prodotto mi comunica di non averlo in casa e che lo avrebbe fatto arrivare da un altro store. In 2 giorni (uno dei quali 25 aprile festa nazionale) il cellulare è pronto per il ritiro. Veramente soddisfatto dell'esperienza, complimenti a tutto lo staff. Sicuramente il mio nuovo store di fiducia per prodotti elettronici. A very well stocked store with courteous and competent staff. I go to the store to buy a cell phone, without having in mind the desired model, but only the budget. The clerk in the telephony department dedicates me half an hour of his time to explain the pros and cons of all the best phones in that price range. Once he has chosen the product he tells me that he does not have it at home and that he would have sent it from another store. In 2 days (one of which April 25th national holiday) the mobile phone is ready for collection. Really satisfied with the experience, congratulations to all the staff. Definitely my new trusted store for electronic products.

Sanno consigliare negli acquisti, in particolare la signora Milva mi ha dato degli utili consigli, Chiara addetta alle casse ha poi saputo risolvere un problema di natura amministrativa con competenza e professionalità. È diventato il mio punto vendita unieuro di fiducia. Courteous and professional staff, always available and welcoming. They know how to advise in purchases, in particular Ms. Milva gave me some useful advice, Chiara who was in charge of the cashier then was able to solve an administrative problem with competence and professionalism.
