Pagando il servizio a prezzo pieno ce l'hanno restituita con la macchia poiché a loro detta non si riusciva a toglierla. Oggi l'ho lavata a casa pretrattandola con lo smacchiatore da supermercato e si é pulita. Non ci hanno proprio provato in sintesi. Non ci tornerò mai più.
I brought my husband's linen jacket to have it cleaned as it had an oil stain and I didn't want to ruin it by staining it at home.
By paying for the service at full price, they returned it to us with the stain because, according to them, it was impossible to remove it. Today I washed it at home pretreating it with the supermarket stain remover and it was clean. They have not really tried in summary. I will never go back.
