Purtroppo mi hanno danneggiato irrimediabilmente un tappeto nuovo e a fronte delle mie lamentele e non ostante il tappeto sia stato in lavanderia per oltre un mese per un estremo tentativo di sistemazione (senza successo) non mi ha rimborsato ne indennizzato il danno causato e anzi il titolare stesso mi ha invitato a percorrere le vie legali per cercare un indennizzo.
