L'addetta vendita ad una mia precisa richiesta, mi ha risposto che non era necessario avere con se la carta fisica ad ogni acquisto, bastava indicare nome e cognome. Invece per ben due volte, adducendo che il sistema non andava in quel momento, sostenevano che non riuscivano a rintracciare la carta a sistema e quindi non potevano caricare i punti relativi agli acquisti e che danno diritto a degli sconti. Sono andata ancora una volta, e stavolta hanno sostenuto che il motivo era dovuto al fatto che non avevo dato l'autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali all'azienda al momento della sottoscrizione della card. Niente di più falso! E per giunta è scattato persino il sorrisino di sfottò da parte delle commesse. Sono tornata in negozio con la copia della sottoscrizione della carta dove risultava che avevo autorizzato al trattamento dei dati. A questo punto, si sono attaccati agli specchi adducendo che ci vogliono 9 mesi perché il sistema recepisca i dati. Un parto praticamente! Una gestazione! Comunque, non sono riusciti a risolverla modificandola e quindi non mi arrivano gli sconti dedicati ai possessori della fidelity card, che è il motivo per cui si sceglie di sottoscriverla.
