Devo chiedere informazioni importanti, non posso scendere in Puglia ( da Verona) perché loro non hanno voglia di rispondere. Poi hanno ragione se quelli del Nord ci prendono in giro perché i meridionali non hanno voglia di lavorare. Hanno assolutamente ragione! I have been trying to call in vain for days. Although the phone rings and is not busy. I have to ask for important information, I can't go down to Puglia (from Verona) because they don't want to answer. La Direttrice in particolare è una persona molto competente e disponibile a chiarire eventuali dubbi. My review comes from moments spent in the branch for personal needs and my daughters; also taking into consideration that I am a long-time customer and if I still am, it is certainly due to the fact that as far as I am concerned I have always received great availability and found competence and professionalism. Cosa dovrei fare?
