★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Ho effettuato questa mattina un tampone da loro, dicendomi che il risultati sarebbero stati pronti dalle 9 alle 10. Chiamo alle 9, mi dicono di richiamare verso le 12 perché non erano ancora pronti. Risultato: passo direttamente e.. LABORATORIO CHIUSO.
Sul referto scrivono di ritirare dalle 16 alle 18 ma non aprono lo studio. Nessuna indicazione fuori dal loro studio. Risultato: sono rimasta senza referto, e con il dubbio mettendo in pericolo i miei familiari.
Siete da denuncia davvero.
Bad experience. I swabbed them this morning, telling me the results would be ready from 9 to 10. I call at 9, they tell me to call back around 12 because they weren't ready yet. Result: I pass directly and .. LABORATORY CLOSED.
On the report they write to withdraw from 16 to 18 but do not open the studio. No indication outside their study. Result: I was left without a report, and with the doubt putting my family in danger.
You are really a complaint.
