Ormai avevo perso tutte le speranze con unicredit, specialmente ieri che ho avuto a che fare (per la seconda volta) con quella di corso Roma a moncalieri. Personale scarso, inutile e menefreghista.. ho aperto il conto in una sede di Milano, ieri per problemi a causa di unicredit mi hanno bloccato le credenziali dall'applicazione e come già era successo lo sportellista non mi può dare i soldi perché ho una carta d'identità nuova dato che quella esibita all'apertura conto era scaduta. Gli faccio vedere cosa mi è successo a causa loro e mi manda da una signora per farmi dare un codice istantaneo e prelevare, li la signora mi chiede il green pass (allo sportello e per tutte altre esigenze non lo chiedono) e come gli ho detto di non averlo mi ha risposto che senza non poteva darmi il codice (ci ha messo di più a mandarmi via rispetto a se mi avesse servito). Per loro disagio che poi ho visto essere successo a più clienti mi lasciano senza soldi. Il pomeriggio sono andato subito dopo p.za bengasi Torino in via Nizza e li il personale gentile e competente mi ha risolto il problema in 10 minuti a me ed altri con stesso problema.
