Aspettare quasi 50 minuti per incassare un assegno é una nota PARECCHIO negativa.
Ci ho messo meno tempo alle poste per fare tutto e avevo piú gente in coda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un'ora di attesa per una persona allo sportello a fare operazioni di cassa chiedo se ne ha per tanto e l'impiegata mi risponde, vada allo sportello automatico a fare le sue operazioni, il quale ovviamente non funzionava. Ma se sapete che una persona è da un'ora allo sportello perché non pensate di aprire un secondo sportello.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impossibile comunicare con loro, se avete voglia di trascorrete attese interminabili con ogni tipo di rumore di attesa telefonica questo è il posto giusto. Se lasciate il vostro recapito per essere richiamati sappiate che questo avverrà 24 ore dopo la vostra prima chiamata. Tristezza a palate.
impossible to communicate with them, if you want to spend endless waiting with any kind of telephone waiting noise this is the right place. If you leave your address to be called back, know that this will happen 24 hours after your first call. Sadness in spades.

Non si riesce a comunicare! il numero di telefono non funziona nonostante io continui a chiamare anche al cellulare delle persone che ci lavorano all'interno non riesco a comunicare con loro. La cosa più vergognosa è che la banca Sanpaolo sa perfettamente di questo malfunzionamento e non pone rimedio. Veramente vergognoso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l'immagine che questa succursale da di Intesa San Paolo è terribile. non risponde MAI nessuno al telefono. Ho inviato loro una mail nel vano tentativo di essere nuovamente contattato per, oltretutto, attività rilevanti ma, assenza totale. Mai e poi mai aprirei un CC in questa succursale!!
the image that this branch from Intesa San Paolo is terrible. NEVER answers anyone on the phone. I sent them an email in vain attempt to be contacted again for, moreover, relevant activities but, total absence. I would never ever open a CC in this branch !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli appuntamenti online sono solo per le consulenze. Per le casse ccorre prendere appuntamento telefonico ma al numero indicato non risponde nessuno. Chiedono di lasciare un messaggio in segreteria e nessuno richiama. Se ci si presenta di persona si viene derisi perché non si ha un appuntamento. Vedete voi quante stelle merita
