Mi sono fatto fregare volutamente perché ho comprato da poco la macchina e ho voluto verificare se era tutto a posto. Non posso dare zero .Do una stella ma sarebbe da chiamare i carabinieri. Vergogna. They will never see me again: oil change, petrol filter change, air filter and general diagnosis 500 euros. I deliberately got fooled because I recently bought the car and wanted to check if everything was okay. I can not give zero. I give a star but it would be called the carabinieri. Shame.

Nell’ultimo episodio sono stata da loro (sotto consiglio di carroattrezzi e assicurazione di andare nella officina vw più vicina) perché la macchina mi ha lasciata a piedi.. ci hanno messo più di 24h per fare diagnosi e cambiare la batteria per ben 250€ (!), proponendomi (quasi obbligandomi) di cambiare l’alternatore, perché secondo loro era problematico anche quello.. ho dovuto discutere per riavere la macchina con il MIO alternatore. Controllata poi da altri, l’alternatore funziona benissimo. Dulcis in fundo: attaccano, senza chiedere il permesso, la loro etichetta sul portatarga per farsi pubblicità. I did not use the services but being close to home I asked for a quote to replace the brake pads. Exactly 40% more expensive than other Audi dealerships.

Qui mi hanno accolto con tantissima gentilezza e disponibilità a effettuare i lavori ,personale molto preparato e tantissima gentilezza da parte della Signora resp. dell'Assistenza. veramente soddisfatto ,ritornerò per effettuare altri tagliandi. Grazie Walter I needed to call the parent company for assistance on my VW Golf GTD, I found many problems in the other authorized VW centers in Turin !!! Here they welcomed me with a lot of kindness and willingness to carry out the work, very well trained staff a lot of kindness from the Lady resp. of Support. really satisfied, I will return to make more coupons. Dopo aver aspettato all'esterno per un'ora che aprissero, è arrivata una signora con 10 minuti di ritardo. Ero parcheggiato di fronte all'officina e questa si è messa a suonare il clacson come una pazza perché doveva entrare, la macchina aveva problemi (altrimenti non mi sarei recato dal primo meccanico che trovavo) e faceva fatica a ripartire e questa continuava a suonare e sbraitare come una pazza maleducata, dopo essere entrata ed avermi sbattuto il portone in faccia è tornata dicendomi che dovevo aspettare che arrivasse il suo collega, che non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere, non essendo arrivato. Passati altri 10 minuti si è presentata lei dicendo che potevo entrare, entro e mi chiede cosa mi serve, avrei volentieri detto " una pizza Margherita" ma le ho detto che avevo un problema all'auto e che mi serviva un meccanico, la risposta è stata " la deve lasciare" fortuna vuole che l'auto è ripartita e me ne sono andato. Vi auguro di non aver bisogno di queste persone Today I went to the sivar because I was in the area with a car problem.
