Il direttore con molta professionalità coordinato dal suo efficiente staff mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema senza dover perdere tempo o rientrare a casa per andare alla mia agenzia. Servizio ottimo, cortesia e tanta professionalità. La posizione centrale di questa banca è perfetta per che alloggia nel centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi dall’area pedonale. Grazie ancora. Polite and helpful staff. I was in Syracuse for work and I had a problem with an operation. The manager with great professionalism coordinated by his efficient staff helped me solve the problem without having to waste time or go home to go to my agency. Excellent service, courtesy and professionalism. The central location of this bank is perfect for staying in the historic center, easily reachable on foot from the pedestrian area. Thanks again.

Che non prendono mai il tel...io per questo sono dovuta andre 5 volte di fila...e mi sento dire che ero andata senza appuntamento...ma con chi lo devo prendere? Non metterei mai soldi in questa banca...ce l'avevano i miei genitori.mai più. Nin never answer even say that the number is non-existent. They say we have to make an appointment ... and with whom? That they never take the phone ... for this reason I had to go 5 times in a row ... and I am told that I had gone without an appointment ... but with whom should I take it? Dicono di mandare e-mail e per mesi puoi fare la muffa ad aspettare risposta. La banca più sconsigliata in tutta Italia They never answer the phone, you can call 1000 times repeatedly they are nowhere to be found. Seriousness 0. They say they send e-mails and for months you can make the mold waiting for an answer. The most not recommended bank in all of Italy

Da tre giorni provo costantemente ad ogni ora d'ufficio, al numero generale e all'interno 'mutui" nessuno risponde. It is useless to try to call. They don't answer. Ridicoli ,non vige l'orario, vige il privilegio dell'amicizia e nonostante l'abbia fatto notare a viva voce se ne sono sbattuti altamente. Un'Italia a pezzi distrutta dalla pandemia, famiglie sull astrico, genitori che si vergognano ad uscire da casa perché hanno perso il lavoro e i dipendenti della sede centrale unicredit di Siracusa, li trovi nei bar durante le ore di lavoro. Texting on her phone, ignoring us and was rude when we asked for assistance on getting a number to stand in line. We are American and didn't speak Italian. She acted as If we were bothering her. It's her job to help us!!!!I We will never use that bank again!
