★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orario sbagliato, chiudeva un'ora prima di quanto indicato su Google. Impossibile reperire gli orari effettivi sul loro sito, anche volendo controllarli. Al telefono non risponde nessuno già prima delle 16. Aggiornerò la recensione.
Wrong time, closed one hour earlier than indicated on Google. Impossible to find the actual timetables on their site, even if you want to check them. No one answers the phone before 4pm. I will update the review.

La banca già di per sé ha delle politiche da barzelletta attue a penalizzare l'utente. Sconsiglio a tutti qualsiasi interazione soprattutto con la sede in corso Umberto, ma in generale con la banca BNL. Potessi dare meno di una stella, lo farei.

In caso di necessità nessuno riesce a fornire una soluzione, anzi scaricano il cliente ad un altro "consulente" che anzichè aiutarti ti rimanda ad un altro e così via. Per non parlare del direttore, che dovrebbe essere la persona più competente dell'istituto ma assolutamente non lo è. Vi sconsiglio assolutamente questa banca. Servizio clienti telefonico inesistente dal sito web, in caso di problemi con la sede non vi è altro metodo di interagire. La banca del passato che non merita futuro.

Not to mention the director, who should be the most competent person in the institute but is absolutely not. I absolutely advise against this bank.
