★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fa MaxiPrelievio Fineco in più sono scortesi verso clienti Fineco e non aiutano il cliente come fare... a me mai capitato in nessuna filiale Unicredit... Sono veramente sorpresa di questo servizio....
MaxiPrelievio Fineco does not do it plus they are rude towards Fineco customers and do not help the customer how to do it ... I have never happened to any Unicredit branch ... I am really surprised by this service ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima filiale con un solo Bancomat evoluto per i versamenti di assegni e contanti che dovrebbe essere attivo H24 e invece è sempre fuori uso, non hanno cassa nemmeno dentro la filiale potrebbero benissimo chiuderla e non far perdere tempo alla clientela.
Very bad branch with only one ATM evolved for the payment of checks and cash that should be active 24 hours a day and instead it is always out of order, they have no cash even in the branch they could very well close it and not waste customers' time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non aiutano x niente al proprio cliente,si come arrivato in follonica da Trento quindi ho chiesto a questo filiale di trasferire tutti dati a loro,ma loro mi mandano di tornare a Trento x fare questo trasferimento,Invece è una cosa banane basta con un modulo firmato e risolto tutte le cose, in somma ho capito questo filiale non hanno voglia di fare quello che doveva fare.
they do not help their client for anything, yes as I arrived in Follonica from Trento so I asked this branch to transfer all data to them, but they send me to go back to Trento to do this transfer, Instead it is a banane thing just with a form signed and solved all things, in sum I understand this branch did not want to do what it was supposed to do.
