Dopo due anni di attesa sulla richiesta di surroga e della quale stiamo aspettando ancora risposta, mi sento dire che per avere indietro la mia documentazione personale devo attendere?!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La direttrice più incompetente che abbia mai trovato in vita mia.
Ieri pomeriggio io e la mia socia (di una SRL) siamo andati in filiale per aprire un conto corrente aziendale.
Siamo stati accolti dalla direttrice che, senza spiegarci nulla relativamente al conto, stava già procedendo con l'apertura chiedendoci i documenti da fotocopiare.
Alle nostre domande era estremamente confusa e vaga.
Non conosceva i massimali del bancomat correlato al conto e non sapeva neanche se potevamo accettare il rid bancario come incasso. Inoltre ci ha riferito che potevamo avere una sola carta collegata al conto. In altre banche questa cosa è possibile e mi sembra strano che Unicredit non permetta di farlo!!
Inoltre è stata molto arrogante facendo domande inopportune che non c'entravano con l'azienda o con l'apertura del conto.

The most incompetent director I've ever found in my life.
Yesterday afternoon my partner and I (of an SRL) went to the branch to open a company current account.
We were greeted by the manager who, without explaining anything about the bill, was already proceeding with the opening requesting the documents to be photocopied.
Our questions were extremely confused and vague.
He did not know the limits of the ATM related to the account and did not even know if we could accept the bank rebate as a collection. He also told us that we could only have one card linked to the account. In other banks this thing is possible and it seems strange to me that Unicredit does not allow to do it !!
She was also very arrogant asking inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with the company or the opening of the account.
ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione e strafottenza imperanti, mai vista una filiale peggiore. I clienti vengono rimbalzati con fastidio da uno sportello all'altro, da un dipendente all'altro. Questo nelle giornate buone. Nelle altre attese infinite guardando i vari impiegati che ciondolano senza far niente

Per non avere "voluto" capire la mia scritta di girata mi hanno convocato restituendo il titolo con il consiglio di farlo rifare al cliente (che con la girata non c'entra nulla!)
Bella la vita, neh? Se lavoraste come me non vi perdereste in simili ca**ate e soprattutto smettereste di intralciare chi lo stipendio se lo guadagna veramente....!
