Non c è privacy xke tutti sentono quello devi chiedere a meno che parli nell orecchio all operatore!!! Assolutamente banca da cambiare. NON VE LA CONSIGLIO SOPRATTUTTO SE ANDATE DI FRETTA E DOVETE RITIRARE MONETA O ASSEGNI. DEVONO ORGANIZZARSI MEGLIO! !! To stay away from it. Nell'orario di lavoro mi hanno mandato alla macchinetta esterna a svolgere un operazione da sola, senza neanche chiedermi scusa e se avessi bisogno. Intanto all'interno del ufficio invece di lavorare facevano le chiacchiere e grande risate. Bad service from employees and little professionalism. In working hours they sent me to the external machine to do an operation by myself, without even apologizing to me and if I needed. Allestita tutta al nuovo con porte di sicurezza e nel suo interno troviamo due bancomat di cui uno funge anche per versamenti. Le file rispettano una numerazione per ogni tipo di servizio che bisogna svolgere, la cassa sa prendersi carico delle richieste in modo celere e perfetto, per ogni altro tipo di commissione i tempi sono più lunghi e si consiglia di fissare un appuntamento vista la burocrazia lenta della legge! Completano questa banca il sistema wi-fi per i clienti ed un comodo computer per chi desidera procedere online per il servizio che deve richiedere. Riguardo ai costi risultano alti rispetto a cosa ci propone oggi il mercato bancario (vedi foto allegata) ma ha i requisiti Europei che rientra in quelle più solide e sicure! Dal momento che due di questi indicavano un'orario di chiusura successivo alle 16:30, ho provato a suonare nei tre campanelli posti affianco all'ingresso. Benché dentro ci fossero almeno due addetti, oltre ad un paio di clienti, e nonostante mi avessero visto, nessuno mi ha risposto, ignorandomi deliberatamente. Inefficienza e scortesia, pessimo biglietto da visita per l'unica filiale di Unicredit sita a Bellaria-Igea Marina. Cordialmente. L emergenza sanitaria ormai in fase 4 è diventata una scusa x avere meno spese.. Le attività economiche sono tutte aperte.. Sono sconcertata How can you go on not answering the phone by keeping employees in layoffs. The service must be offered to users who pay as always ...
