Telefono fanno fatica a rispondere in quanto ma mole di telefonate è elevata, pertanto difficoltà a comunicare. Competent people, the problem of the branch undersized for the amount of work they have. Telephones find it difficult to answer as but the amount of phone calls is high, therefore difficulty in communicating.

Arroganti ed altezzosi mi hanno trattato da pezzente nonostante non abbia un debito e abbia anche qualche soldo in conto.... Personalmente ho parlato con la signora Pasquetto R. e come mi ha riferito lei si occupa di clienti Platinum, e io sono un pezzente.
