Absolutely DO NOT go there. They stole my money by telling me that they don't have to give me explanations. Totally absurd. Don't go, don't give money to these rude, rude, lousy people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incinta al nono mese (e si vedeva parecchio), ho dovuto scegliere se aspettare seduta fuori al sole (31 gradi) o all’ombra ma in piedi. Non avevo la pretesa che qualcuno mi facesse sedere dentro, nonostante la saletta fosse vuota, sarebbe bastata anche una seggiola fuori all’ombra, visto che 30 minuti non passano proprio in fretta, ma evidentemente queste regole basilari di buona educazione mancano completamente.
Pregnant in the ninth month (and it showed a lot), I had to choose whether to wait sitting outside in the sun (31 degrees) or in the shade but standing. I did not expect someone to make me sit inside, although the room was empty, even a chair outside in the shade would have been enough, since 30 minutes do not go by in a hurry, but obviously these basic rules of good manners are completely lacking.
