Politeness does not know what it is. Impossible to call the branch because you can only call the toll-free number whose service is embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo all appuntamento perdo 4 ore di lavoro, mi riceve il direttore un ragazzino di 20 anni "noi facciamo la cessione del credito d imposta solo se la fattura supera una certa cifra" ma stiamo scherzando? L unica banca che fa' così passerò in unicredit o altre banche, poi il direttore mi risponde "mi son dimenticato di dirglielo per telefono" vergogna mezz'ora di strada e tempo perso
I arrive at the appointment and lose 4 hours of work, the director receives me a 20-year-old boy "we make the transfer of the tax credit only if the invoice exceeds a certain amount" but are we kidding? The only bank that does this I will go to unicredit or other banks, then the manager replies "I forgot to tell him by phone" shame half an hour's drive and lost time

Correntista da 25 anni ( filiale di altra regione), ho avuto necessità, 3 volte, di recarmi in questa ma, credo, non ci metterò mai più piede. Arroganza e modo di fare da scaricatori di porto la fanno da padrona. Se le persone usano sempre più le banche online, fatevele 2 domande. Spero abbiate, professionalmente parlando, i giorni contati.
One of the worst BNL branches in which I have ever set foot. Account holder for 25 years (branch in another region), I have needed 3 times to go to this one but, I believe, I will never set foot there again. Arrogance and way of acting as longshoremen are the masters. If people are using online banking more and more, ask yourself 2 questions. I hope your days are numbered professionally.
