Da alcuni anni a questa parte, mi hanno cambiato (perché le hanno chiuse) 4 filiali diverse. E il servizio scende sempre. Non tanto i consulenti (forse con quelli sono stato fortunato) ma proprio la qualità della banca. Per non dir nulla della App per Android. A breve credo che chiuderò. Niente: al telefono fanno cadere la linea; bene, scrivo una mail: niente ancora. Io ho bisogno di quel documento, per questioni Isee / agevolazioni covid. Ho lavorato 35 anni in questa banca, quando era ancora Cassa di Risparmio. Queste cose non succedevano.
