T	Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono mai riuscito a fare un operazione in questa filliale senza problemi che risultavano in diverse giornate lavorative sprecate: chiusure conto corrente (4 visite), stampa di assegno circolare (5 visite), nuova genious card (6 visite, poi mi sono arreso). Tranne uno o duo, i banchieri sono piu che simpatici, ma c'e' purtroppo poco rispetto per il tempo del cliente. Adesso ho cambiato banca (N26), ci ho messo 20 minuti ad attivare il conto (con il cellulare, dal sofa), e la carta bancaria e' arrivata con la posta. Funzionava tutto - la password, il pin della carta, l'App. Mi sembrava un miracolo. G	Giovanni Zanutta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tizio che ci lavora non ha mai voglia di servire i clienti, inventa scuse pur di stare lì a rubare lo stipendio invece di fare il suo lavoro e servire i clienti. Sono cliente Unicredit da anni e in nessuna filiale ho mai trovato un personaggio tanto inutile e scansafatiche. Mi serviva un documento urgentemente e dopo aver atteso invano il mio turno mi è stata rifilata una serie di scuse improponibili... Fa venire voglia di cambiare banca. The guy who works there never wants to serve the customers, he makes excuses to be there and steal the salary instead of doing his job and serving the customers. I have been a Unicredit customer for years and in no branch have I ever found such a useless and slacker character. I needed a document urgently and after waiting in vain for my turn I was given a series of unacceptable excuses ... It makes me want to change banks.

I went to another branch before coming to this one and the former branch had no interest in helping me. But I found this branch to be always helpful in any kind of problem I have and would suggest me the best options. I'm extremely happy!
