Pessimi, la disorganizzazione regna sovrana, arroganza al telefono e peggio ancora di persona.
Appuntamento fissato con difficoltà, prendo mezza giornata di permesso per poi arrivare lì (30min di attesa) e scoprire che la persona che doveva seguirmi non c'è ed ovviamente non mi ha nemmeno avvisato.
La risposta del direttore :"non voglio fare polemica ma fissi un appuntamento per settimana prossima, ora sono occupato)

If I had to describe disorganization to someone I will take you as an example:
Bad, disorganization reigns supreme, arrogance on the phone and worse still in person.
Appointment fixed with difficulty, I take half a day off to then arrive there (30min wait) and discover that the person who was supposed to follow me is not there and obviously has not even warned me.
The response of the director: "I don't want to make a controversy but make an appointment for next week, I'm busy now)

Da tempo ne sento parlare di questo loro modo scorbutico di gestire i correntisti.... è proprio oggi ho avuto la conferma in data odierna recandomi su appuntamento e propio dal direttore dalla descrizione mi hanno detto era lui... esperienza inqualificabile infatti dopo 20 anni dalla banca di Roma a UniCredit chiudo il conto da loro.
They have Arrogance to sell both by phone and on site !!!!! Little willing to help you !!
