★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A novembre sarà un anno che ho iniziato rinegoziare il mutuo : nonostante non ho interrotto pagamento della rata periodo lockdown e non sono in rosso in banca tutto fermo ...poca professionalità...( impossibile prendere appuntamenti ed essere ricevuti ...tutto tace ...tanta delusione .
In November it will be a year that I started renegotiating the mortgage: although I did not interrupt the payment of the installment during the lockdown period and I am not in the red in the bank everything stopped ... little professionalism ... (impossible to make appointments and be received ... everything is silent ... so much disappointment.

Un unico sportello con una persona molto svogliata e avanti in età.
Ogni volta sono costretto a ore di fila e spesso vado via senza essere riuscito a fare le operazioni di sportello.
Sconsigliata.
Bad branch ...
One stop shop with a very listless person and advanced in age.
Every time I am forced to hours in a row and often I leave without being able to do the counter operations.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa interminabili. 60 minuti è la prassi: un solo sportello aperto, stampanti che si rompono, fiori che arrivano da consegnare alle colleghe, e un fare lento e noncurante della gente in coda . Evitate.
Interminable waiting times. 60 minutes is the practice: a single door open, printers that break, flowers that arrive to be delivered to colleagues, and a slow and careless doing of people in line. Avoid.
