★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto più di un mese fa la richiesta di calcolo estinzione anticipata, ad oggi nessuna risposta, poco seri ed inaffidabili, aspetto solo il termine per non avere più nulla a che fare con loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente , abbiamo richiesto un prestito alla quale sono seguite molte richieste da parte della filiale compresi costosi certificati medici , per poi dopo ben 50 giorni ( forse addirittura di più) dirci che non potevano concedercelo( nonostante tutti i requisiti completamente in linea con le richieste quali lavoro statale , certificato di salute ottimo,ecc).
Tutto questo per essersi accettati prima di avanzare richieste che fosse possibile eseguire il prestito .
Incompetent staff, we requested a loan which was followed by many requests from the branch including expensive medical certificates, and then after 50 days (maybe even more) to tell us that they could not grant it (despite all the requirements completely in line with the requests such as state work, excellent health certificate, etc.).
All this for having accepted before making requests that the loan could be executed.
