★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante non avessi un appuntamento un impiegato mi ha dato una mano per effettuare un operazione con il bancomat, gentilissimo anche con tutti gli altri (non pochi) che come me non avevamo appuntamento ha fornito spiegazioni e soluzioni a tutti in modo piu che paziente.
Although I did not have an appointment, an employee gave me a hand to carry out an operation with the ATM, also very kind to all the others (not a few) who, like me, did not have an appointment, provided explanations and solutions to everyone in a more than patient way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da giorni che provo a contattare telefonicamente la filiale facendo decine di tentativi in orari diversi ma il telefono squilla a vuoto. Ho scritto delle email chiedendo di ricontattarmi ma non ho avuto risposta. Ho chiamato la sede nazionale a Milano per farmi mettere inma non riescono ad aiutarmi. È accettabile tutto ciò da parte di uno dei primi istituti bancari in italia?
I have been trying to contact the branch by phone for days, making dozens of attempts at different times but the phone rings empty. I wrote some emails asking to contact me but I have not received an answer. I called the national office in Milan to have me put in but they can't help me. Is all this acceptable by one of the first banking institutions in Italy?

Il numero verde non ti fa accedere per "troppo traffico". Insomma faccio prima a parlare con Marte che con la mia banca a 200 metri di distanza. Trovo tutto questo davvero deplorevole e increscioso. Vorrei dare 0 stelle, ma non si può.
Impossible to contact the branch by phone, even now that the emergency is over. Nobody replies to the email from the complaints service. The toll-free number does not let you in for "too much traffic". In short, I talk to Mars first than to my bank 200 meters away. I find all this very deplorable and regrettable. I would like to give 0 stars, but you can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale inutile per quanto grande sia, l’attesa minima è sempre di almeno 50 minuti. Molte volte anche con l appuntamento c’è da aspettare almeno mezz ora. Molti clienti entrano e si dirigono direttamente verso il personale della banca senza prendere il numero per la fila, eppure vengono serviti.
Useless branch no matter how big it is, the minimum wait is always at least 50 minutes. Many times, even with an appointment, you have to wait at least half an hour. Many customers walk in and go straight to the bank staff without taking the number for the line, yet they are served.
