★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa filiale è caratterizzata da maleducazione e poca attenzione al cliente. Per citarne una delle tante, recentemente persi il portafoglio all'interno della banca. Una cliente, ritrovandolo, aveva chiesto agli impiegati di contattarmi per la restituzione. Nonostante avessi già informato la banca dello smarrimento e gli impiegati fossero già a conoscenza, si sono comunque rifiutati di contattarmi adducendo a questioni di Privacy. Ringrazio soltanto l'onestà e caparbietà della cliente per la restituzione del portafoglio e di tutta l'importante documentazione in esso contenuta, che ha messo in luce il pressapochismo del personale di questa filiale

Vado alla sede che trovo COMPLETAMENTE VUOTA, con 6 lavoratori ed un cliente!! e mi rispondono di non poter rispondere al telefono perché troppo impegnati!!
