Courtesy is not their forte. They answer questions badly, they are rude. Paying a fee for such a poor service is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avanti agli uffici dell'Ama, c'è il piazzale di sosta dei mezzi. Tale zona di sosta è sempre sporchissima, con liquami vari e acqua. Non dovrebbe provvedere la stessa Ama a tenerla Pulita?
Next to the Ama offices, there is the parking area for the vehicles. This staging area is always very dirty, with various sewage and water. Shouldn't Ama herself take steps to keep her Clean?

Alla fine siamo riusciti a farlo svuotare con l’aiuto dei zingari per 50€.
Purtroppo però la puzza persiste (penseremo anche a questo noi)

What can I say .... July August 2019 two months of calls, emails, pec, intervention of the brigade but nothing.
In the end we managed to get it emptied with the help of the gypsies for € 50.
Unfortunately, however, the stench persists (we'll take care of this too)
