Ci sono persone che non sono adatte a fare un lavoro di relazione con il pubblico.
Direttore molto scortese e non solo con me ma anche con altri clienti che aspettavano da più di un’ora . Bocciato assolutamente! Si salva però la signora bionda alla cassa sempre disponibile e cortese.
Ma la signora ha un’altra formazione.
Per fortuna il mio direttore è una donna super! Stessa banca! Filiale diversa

There are people who are not fit to do a relationship job with the public.
Very rude manager and not only with me but also with other customers who have been waiting for more than an hour. Rejected absolutely! However, the blond lady at the cash desk is always available and courteous.
But the lady has another formation.
Fortunately my manager is a super woman! Same bank! different branch
