★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto apposta da Catania e con tutti gli operatori agli sportelli nel pomeriggio tra l altro co orario aperto scritto fuori e dal sito nessuno mi ha calcolato dopo aver bussato più volte. Sportello di versamento guasto. Lavorano due ore al giorno. Bello il posto fisso.

The worst in Italy ... very annoying operators especially the gentleman who takes care of the creation of the accounts .... branches continuously out of use and in the meantime only one operator at the cash desk ... in the meantime what does the director do ????? ?????????????? zzzzzz?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggiore filiale di banca mai esistita, dipendenti assenti, uno lavora gli altri vagano come anime perse, ho chiesto esplicitamente di abilitare la carta per l'estero e mi hanno lasciato senza soldi in Iraq per citarne una, adesso ormai stufo ho cambiato banca e loro che fanno? Mi chiudono il conto un mese prima della data richiesta bloccando per prima la parte internet e non posso vedere neanche il saldo dalla filiale stessa.
Worst bank branch ever, employees absent, one works the others wander like lost souls, I explicitly asked to enable the card for abroad and they left me with no money in Iraq to name one, now fed up I changed bank and they what are they doing? They close my account one month before the requested date by blocking the internet part first and I can't even see the balance from the branch itself.
